If not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

Customers must pay all shipping costs to return items.  No COD deliveries are accepted.

GIFTS:  Notes and Gift Wrapping

We offer a simple gift card with wording of your choice, but no gift wrapping is available.  We use plain boxes with sturdy packaging.

SECURITY

We use PayPal to receive your payment.  You can pay with a credit card via PayPal, or by using your PayPal account.  We never have access to your financial information. PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with the highest level of encryption commercially available, and is thus one of the safest ways to make a purchase online.

YOUR PURCHASE

When you purchase from us, you acknowledge that all items are individually handmade (How wonderful is that!?) and therefore may have discrepancies even among like items.  We do our best to depict product colors accurately, but please be aware that colors may appear differently depending on the monitor on your digital device.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW ITEMS

The work sold here is intended for use, and is thus food-safe and dishwasher-safe. With care, your pieces will last for years, even generations.  Having said that, pottery is by its very nature breakable. It does not break spontaneously or on its own but through an agent (human, dog, cat) which causes a bump, a bang, or a severe thermal shock. On occasion, a piece may suffer an impact and at first glance appear to be fine, but that impact (often long ago and forgotten) may evidence eventually as a crack. Please know that this is not a defect of the piece, but rather a kind of 'time-lapse' breakage caused by the user. Examine each piece upon receipt to ensure that it is in pristine condition.  We cannot be responsible for breakage after you have received the item.

MICROWAVE / OVEN

Place items in the microwave or the oven at your own risk.  Very gentle use of these appliances is typically safe, but we cannot offer a guarantee.

STONEWARE

The work sold on this site is fired to approximately 2300-2350º Fahrenheit.  Some work is fired in an electric kiln, and some is fired in a wood-kiln.  Stoneware is a non-porous clay body sturdy enough for daily use.
